SYSTEM SUPPORT

Support for the BOW System is paid for through the purchase of ticket blanks for use with the software.  There is no annual support fee - no charge per call.

There are many types of support available;

  • To update your software click on UPDATES.

  • For information on keeping your BOW System working after a Hardware or OS  (Operating System) Upgrade CLICK HERE.

  • If you have any questions that we can help you with - FEEDBACK.

  • If you are experiencing software difficulties you have several options;

  1. File a Request for Support - the preferred method. Please pay special attention to the follow up web page that is displayed after the report is submitted.

  2. Send us an Email describing your problem.

  3. Contact us by telephone.

In all cases be prepared to give an accurate and detailed description of the problem, your observations and very importantly, the wording of any alert messages you might have seen.
